Dear Sir or Madam:
In connection with my pending complaint, Case No. P.01-224-47, I hereby make a formal data request.
Wired to us on August 16th by representative council routes was a statement from Growfax Ltd. which detailed:
“Growfax has submitted an order to town council to correct overbilled Growfax distributions for the past 4 months. Provided we receive all documentation within the next three weeks, this will be done automatically.”
- Please confirm what your actual billing of our company was for the past 4 month period to confirm we have our records correct.
- We are unaware if this includes accounts billed through this office yet you distribute to satellite offices out of town.
- We don’t know if the shipment on May 3rd is to be included in this 4 month period or not as it falls between your described overbilling period, please confirm if this is a part of the overbilling or not.
